I think it’s time we let go of some (or all) of the intolerance and impatience we have when interacting with people who have less to work… Continue Reading

Oops I missed again (yesterday). Today, on day 9, WEGO wants to know how I think my readers see me. Well, I know my mom reads the blog – she told me that the other day. Beyond that, I have a minimal sense as to who I am reaching. I’ve been spending a lot of… Continue Reading

My Other Gig

You may be aware that I am the Back and Neck Pain Guide on About.com. That’s where you can find more info on the allopathic aspect of back pain relief. Well, tomorrow (Tuesday, June 22) Secretary Sebelius will be taking questions from About.com readers regarding patient rights and insurance reform.

Another Clear the Blear Workshop Taught – Take Aways

I taught Clear the Blear last night. Fun! (As always.) Every time I teach it I learn so much, and the curriculum keeps growing and developing. One of the biggest take-aways for in-person participants always seems to be how breathing can be used to help them find support for their body posture. In Clear the… Continue Reading

Upper Back Pain?

How often does your upper back hurt? Upper back pain is one of those things that seems to elude the “people in the know”, ie medical researchers and conventional physicians. They’ve done some studies on it but not nearly as many as for neck pain or lower back pain.
