Recent and Coming Events

• Your Gardening Body workshop – Troy Gardens, Madison, Wi. May 15, 2010. I taught a two hour workshop on body mechanics and related topics for the community gardeners. It was great fun. We had 3 languages and 2 interpreters represented.
• I was a guest on WYSR AM radio in Syracuse, NY on their Nutritional Insights program. Dr. Steve Weschsler interviewed me. We talked about many things from taking care of our bodies, to understanding pain to getting out of our own way.
• Another Your Gardening Body workshop is planned for Troy Gardens in Madison. This time, I’ll be teaching the farm interns. Troy has an awesome professional farm that serves the local CSAs and organic restaurants.
• A free teleseminar is in the works, so stop back soon for the details. The topic will be: Pain Free Posture @ Your PC (or Mac!)
